Post Decompression

Well it has been almost a month since my last decompression. I did twenty eight session total.
How am I feeling? Well if you asked me that last week I was feeling like crap. For some reason everything flared up that had kind of subsided during decompression. A added issue is my lower back. It is so tight after walking. When doing my walks and the little physical therapy that was given to me I would be in so much pain. It was all kind of pain. I had the nerve pain radiating down my inner groin and outer leg, tiny zaps pain here and there, followed by the tight pull I feel in my adductors and hamstring. Also my outer knee was just feeling weird. Felt like ants was walking up and down the side. The bottom of my feet where my toes connect feels like a bone bruise. I am having a hard time pushing off the big toes. That was an issue that I had a year ago. It popped up on the radar while visiting Santa Barbara. I thought it had to do with the hills. It is so confusing trying to figure out if all these symptoms are from my back or just my body parts breaking down?
So I have decided to visit a couple neurosurgeons and get a couple of opinions on whats going on and what I should do. I guess it is a sit and wait game from here. In the meantime I am so enjoying my myofascial therapy and the Thai stretches that I am getting from my massage therapist. He is the bomb. I feel if it was not for him I would have went crazy by now. He just seems to calm everything down for a while. Well see you after my doctors visits. I am crossing my finger that all my issues will disappear before seeing him. S
