I am starting my Blog today!!!

Wow! I am so excited!!!
I have been spending over one hour with my crazy Romanian friend Liana to get this started.

I can't wait to share my inner thoughts, experiences and most of all my journey to healing knowledge!!

So where do I begin? I have so many things to share with you. My priority is to share my experience with healing after hip scope surgery because life as I knew it changed dramatically afterwards...What started out as just a torn cartilage in the hip has progressed to major joint issues.
